1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all of Australia only.


2. Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure timely processing, the following order cut-off times apply:

  • Cut-Off Time: Monday to Friday – 5:00 PM (GMT+09:30)

  • Time Zone: Australian Central Standard Time (ACST – Broken Hill)

General Notes:

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • These cut-off times help us begin processing and fulfilling your order as efficiently as possible.


3. Handling Time & Transit Time

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Handling Time (Australia)

  • 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • This includes order verification, packing, and handover to the shipping carrier.

Transit Time (Australia)

  • Estimated Transit Time: 4–7 business days

  • Carriers: Australia Post, CouriersPlease, or equivalent national carriers

Please note that remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.


4. Shipping Methods

We work with nationally recognized and reliable carriers, including:

  • CouriersPlease

  • or equivalent carriers depending on destination and service availability

The selected carrier is determined based on location and operational efficiency.

We aim to keep costs as low as possible for our customers. That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.

Please note that tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As we currently ship only within Australia, no customs duties or import taxes apply.

Livaro Decor is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Such delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.


9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Livaro Decor is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, re-shipping may incur additional costs.


10. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
